Good news for those waiting for the Kia Sportage because it is set to go on sale beginning August 1, when before the first edition will go on sale in November. Customers can choose from a range of five colours, including Techno Orange (images).
Standard equipment for the First Edition includes a full leather interior, dual-zone climate control and 18-inch alloy wheels. The rest of the Sportage range – including petrol, additional diesel engines and two-wheel drive variants – will go on sale later this year. Pricing for the First Edition will be revealed later in July.
2011 Kia Sportage powered by 2.0-litre CRDi turbodiesel unit, which is said to return 47.1mpg on the combined cycle with CO2 emissions of 156g/km. It drives all four wheels through either a manual or automatic gearbox.
